The subscription covers the whole family on every phone. It is bought in the app: on iPhone through the App Store, on Android through Google Play.

What does AuPairSync cost?
€4.99 a month for the whole family. Not per person — both parents, your au pair and everyone who joins later are covered. Before that, 30 days free.
Is AuPairSync free?
The download and the first 30 days are free, with no credit card. After that the family subscription is €4.99 a month. Families who were already using AuPairSync before the subscription launched keep it free, permanently.
Does everyone in the family have to pay?
No. Exactly one person pays, and the subscription covers the whole family. An au pair is never charged.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The 30 days run without payment details. The purchase only comes up if you want to carry on afterwards, and it is made in the app: on iPhone through your Apple ID, on Android through Google Play.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. The subscription runs through the store account of whoever bought it and can be ended at any time. On iPhone: in the app under “Manage or cancel subscription”, or in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. On Android: in the Play Store under Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Other family members don't need to do anything. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
