For agencies and coordinators
Nine tools you can hand to a host family, and a pocket money calculator you can put on your own page. The rules pages name a source under every figure. None of it asks your families for an account.
Write to usWhat AuPairSync is
An app for host families and au pairs: one shared calendar, the tasks, the messages and the children’s information in one place. The iPhone app is in the App Store, and the Android app is in closed testing on Google Play.
Tools you can hand to a family
All of them run in the browser and keep nothing on our side, and each one prints on a single page. Send a link, or print the sheet and put it in a welcome folder.

Every printout carries a short address in its footer, which is the part that matters once the sheet is on a fridge and the laptop is shut. There are 18 of them, one per tool per language, and each goes straight to its tool.
The pocket money calculator, on your own page
The builder at the foot of the calculator writes the snippet for you: three sizes, German or English, and Germany, Austria, France or the United States. The frame sets no cookie and runs no analytics.
Under the frame the snippet adds one line of plain HTML crediting AuPairSync. That line sits in your page, so it is yours: reword it, add rel="nofollow" if your policy asks for that, or delete it. The calculator behaves the same either way.
Country rules, with the source under the figure
6 host countries in German and English, 51 US jurisdictions in English, and 4 pages written from the au pair’s home country. Each figure names the body that issued it, the document it came from, and the date we last read it.
Every page carries its own "as of" date, and the hub says 2026-09-19 today. Anything we could not confirm goes into a visible list of open questions rather than onto the page as a number.
A guide written for the au pair
The Germany guide is addressed to the au pair rather than to the host family, in German and English. It is the one to send after a match, when the questions are about the first few weeks rather than about the contract.
